How we handle your data

What we collect

When you use ReVal, we collect the following information that you provide:

• Account info: your name, email address, school, sport, and position.
• Social handles (optional): Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube handles you choose to share.

We also analyze publicly available social media engagement data (follower counts, engagement rates, content themes) from the handles you provide. We do not access private accounts, direct messages, or any data behind a login.

How we use it

• Score calculation: your sport, position, school, conference, and public social data are used to calculate your NIL Commercial Viability Score.
• Score delivery: your email is used to send your score breakdown and optional weekly intel updates.
• Brand discovery: if you claim your profile, brands and agencies on ReVal can discover you. You can unclaim at any time.

What we don't do

• We never sell your personal data to third parties.
• We never scrape private data or follow you around the internet.
• We never share your email with brands unless you explicitly opt in.

Data storage

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

Deleting your data

Anytime. Email support and we'll remove your profile and signup record within 48 hours. No forms, no hoops.
